Shana's road to fitness started after having her two children. She began a combination of Pilates and Cardio/Fitness training as personal desire to change her body  The result was an astonishing 70 lbs of weight loss.  Shana now uses her personal weight loss & healthy living experience to inspire others get back into shape.

Shana combines her love of the outdoors and a unique form of fitness training, taking clients to Runyon Canyon and other picturesque spots to help people to reach new heights. She also combines her love of Martial Arts and Pilates, drawing parallels between the two and producing an even greater outdoor workout for the individual and for groups.
 
She focuses her Cardio/Fitness workout to increase metabolism, build muscle strength, improve flexibility and posture.  Since she went through her own transformation, Shana wants to help others do the same. She enjoys creating strong workouts tailored to the individual focusing on muscle strength, tone and definition. She understands how to challenge clients and encourage them to do exercises they never thought they could do. Her clients achieve dramatic changes and together they enjoy seeing the results.
